Tomato soup with rice

Ingredients:

an onion
1 potato
1 green pepper (or tomato peppers)
2 carrots
half cup rice
1 kg tomatoes
2-3 spoonfuls broth
parsley, dill
Delikat a teaspoon
salt, 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation:

Half an onion, 1 carrot cut in half and sliced peppers in a little oil is calesc. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of broth and about a half cup of water, leaving 1-2 minutes over low heat.
The second carrot, potato, onion and green pepper half will cut across onion cubes and add capacity, plus a few cups of water. Let it boil on low heat. It is good to be covered pot with a lid.

1 kg flour
8.10 eggs
one cup milk (250 ml)
half cup oil
50 g yeast
200g butter
200-250g sugar
25g rum
race from a lemon peel

Cozonac

1 kg of flour
4 eggs
50 g butter
100 g cream
Got milk 200 g
100 g sugar

Tart apples and pears

1 kg apples and pears
4 eggs
400g flour
150g sugar
100 ml milk
100 ml oil
half sachet baking powder
Oil and flour for oiled tray (or margarine)

Wash and clean the apples and pears of bark and stones. Cut into small cubes. Apples and pears can be sprinkled with cinnamon powder. Beat the egg whites foam.
Over Beating egg whites add sugar, oil, water, yolks and baking powder off with a little lemon juice or vinegar. Add apples and pears in the composition.

It is a tray greased with oil (or margarine) and is tapeteaza with flour. Place on tray and composition give the previously heated oven at low heat started.

3 eggs
1 teaspoon butter
half cup milk
200g shaved carcaval
200g sour cream (yogurt)
salt, pepper
1 gogosar
Olive

Boil the potatoes in the peel. Cut the mushrooms are sliced and calesc little oil.

Tart with prunes

Margarine 1 package,
3 eggs,
a cup of sugar
300-350 g flour,
a baking powder,
a cup of milk,
vanilla sugar,
500 g plums

The Rub margarine with sugar. We add one yolk and rub it well after each. Then put milk, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour. Finally, add the 3 beaten egg whites foam. Pour into the pan with flour rubbed and wallpaper. Over fruit composition shall break in half and pit side up. Bake and cool when it swings with powdered sugar thoroughly.
