150 gr zahar
125 gr faina alba
1 pliculet de zahar vanilat
coaja de la o lamiie sau o portocala rasa

Se bat galbenusurile cu zaharul pana se face o crema, apoi se adauga faina de grau, zaharul vanilat si coaja de lamiie data pe razatoare. La sfirsit se adauga si albusurile de oua batute bine in alt vas. Se unge o tava cu margarina dupa care se toarna aluatul rezultat si se da la cuptor la foc mic.

    I wish you recipe for pandispan was in ENGLISH
    because the way it is now I cannot follow it
    and I cannot find anyway to translate it
    to english either…

    Hi Maryann,

    Here is an approximate translation of this recipe in English:

    You will need:
    5 eggs
    150g sugar
    125g white flour
    sugar vanilla
    one orange or lemon peel

    How to prepare it:
    In a bowl mix eggs yolk and sugar and whisk until it will turn into a cream, add the flour, vanilla sugar and lemon (orange) peel which was rubbed on a grater first.
    In another bowl, whisk the white of the eggs to turn into a foam and then add it to the first bowl.
    Lubricate trays with margarine and fill it with the dough we had prepared.
    Let it cook in the oven, on low level temperatures.
